CARE INSTRUCTIONS
[Nappa] = Clean Away dirt using a damp cloth, allow to dry apply a clear wax based shoe polish to restore shine as desired. In the event of heavy scuffing or loss of colour then clean as before but add a matching coloured wax based shoe polish and buff up the leather with brush and cloth as required.
CONSTRUCTION
This is a Goodyear-welted product. The upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, not merely glued like many footwear constructions.

DESCRIPTION
This is our classic 3 eye shoe. The second style that Dr. Martens made, the shoe was crafted for industry — and made rebellious by generations of non-conformists. Made with the soft and supple Nappa leather, the 1461 is crafted with the same Doc's DNA as its 8-eye counterpart: grooved edges, yellow stitching and our iconic, comfortable air-cushioned sole. Best of all, the sole is secured using one of the finest construction methods available: the Goodyear Welt.
